Do I have to go online to order? And how often may I order?

Yes, you will need to go online every 3 months to place a 90-day order for your feminine hygiene products. You should go online to periodprogram.com to place your order. The process was set up to ensure you and female dependents are easily able to receive your feminine hygiene products every 3 months through the Aetna Better Health of Maryland Period Program.

When can I place my order?

You can order a 90-day supply every 3 months online. One 90-day order is allowed every 3 months per qualifying member. The order may be placed at any time during the given calendar month, as long as only one order is placed every 3 months. No two orders for the same member may be placed within the same 3-month time period. To receive a feminine hygiene shipment each month, visit our home page and place your order each month.

What if I have more than one qualifying member that I need to order for?

You will need to visit our home page and place each qualifying member's order separately every 3 months to receive the Aetna Better Health of Maryland's feminine hygiene delivery.

I have not received my order, what do I do?

Your order should arrive within 2-10 business days from the time you placed the order. If it has been more than 10 business days since you have placed the order, you may either call 800-565-5644 or email our customer service team and someone will take care of you. Please mention the Aetna Better Health of Maryland Period Program in your email, and include your name, member's name [if different from your name], and your phone number. One of our team members will reach out promptly to you.

What happens if my order is damaged?

Why can't I use a PO Box?

Orders will be delivered by UPA, which cannot deliver to PO boxes, and because the packaging would be too large. Please provide the physical address where you normally receive packages.
