Aetna Better Health of Maryland, as part of their Period Program, is providing free feminine hygiene products for their Medicaid Members through Home Care Delivered. Aetna understands that personal care increases expenses, so this program was developed to help offset some costs.

This program is set up at no additional cost to you. The feminine hygiene products and shipment of these products is covered through your Aetna Medicaid coverage based on specific eligibility criteria.

Eligibility criteria:

• Women 10 - 55 years old
• Aetna Better Health of Maryland Member
• A valid shipping address

Aetna Better Health of Maryland female members are eligible to receive a 90-day feminine hygiene order every three months.

When you place your order every 3rd month online, you will receive a 90-day supply shipment that will either include 4 packages of pads or 3 packages of tampons.

Members may choose from the list of pads and tampons below but must select 3 or 4 of the same products, no product mixing is available. If choosing pads, you will select 4 of the same products, and if you select tampons, you will select 3 of the same products.

The form will only take a few minutes to complete - and then the feminine care products will be on their way!
